REFUND & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Amber’s Creations. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital product sales are generally final.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — FINAL SALE

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Amber’s Creations does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • PNG files
  • STL files (3D print files)
  • Sublimation designs
  • Tumbler wraps
  • Seamless patterns
  • Digital artwork
  • Custom digital designs
  • Mascot and sports designs
  • Word art
  • Other downloadable digital files

CHANGE OF MIND & PURCHASING ERRORS

Refunds will not be provided because a customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • No longer needs or wants the design
  • Purchases the wrong design
  • Selects the wrong size, color, sport, mascot, or customization option
  • Makes an accidental purchase
  • Finds another design they prefer
  • Does not use the purchased file
  • Purchases a duplicate file
  • Does not review the product description, file information, or licensing terms before purchasing

Please carefully review all product information and customization details before completing your purchase.

CUSTOM DIGITAL DESIGNS

Custom digital designs are final sale once work has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information, including names, team or school names, mascots, colors, sayings, spelling, and other requested details.

Amber’s Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If Amber’s Creations makes an error in a custom design, please contact us so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a correction.

FILE ACCESS, DOWNLOAD & DEFECTIVE FILES

If you receive an incorrect or corrupted file or experience a legitimate problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

Please include your order information and a description of the issue.

When appropriate, Amber’s Creations will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, resend the file, or provide a replacement file.

A technical problem with accessing or downloading a digital product does not automatically qualify for a monetary refund. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing the appropriate file or access assistance.

If you are unsure how to open, use, or print your file (including STL or PNG formats), please contact us before purchasing. We're happy to help ensure the file is compatible with your software or equipment.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing checkout.

Duplicate purchases are generally not eligible for refunds. If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital file more than once, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

For custom digital orders, cancellation requests must be made before work begins. Once work has started, the order is considered final and may no longer be canceled or refunded.

LICENSING & DIGITAL FILE USE

Purchasing a digital product from Amber’s Creations does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork to the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the applicable Personal Use License or Commercial/Small Business License associated with their purchase.

Unless specifically permitted by the applicable license, digital files may not be:

  • Resold in their original digital format
  • Shared with others
  • Redistributed
  • Copied for distribution
  • Uploaded to file-sharing websites or groups
  • Given away as a digital file

Please review the applicable licensing terms before using a design commercially.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products sold by Amber’s Creations may be subject to different return, refund, cancellation, or exchange terms.

Please refer to the applicable product listing or physical product policy for those terms.
